Change is inevitable. Choosing to change is empowering

Siobhan Leijen – Psychotherapy, Counselling and CBT Certified

There are times when things can get too difficult to handle. Our lives are full of stress, demands and pressure. If a relationship is in trouble or if depression simply gets too much, not everyone feels comfortable talking to a family member or a friend. But it is so important to find support, and not to leave it until it is too late.

Safe Therapy

I am committed to the process of safe and private therapy, and believe it offers clients a supportive environment in which they can explore a wide range of issues. The therapeutic approach depends on what I feel would be the most suitable for the client.  I believe that within these guidelines, clients can not only explore difficult emotions, but work to attain better self awareness, and self development.

Office Hours

I have 2 office locations. Longford and Athlone. They are open between Monday and Friday. 9am to 8pm. All counselling is on a personal and confidential basis. I employ various styles including CBT, EMDR, Psychotherapy and Motivational Therapy. My office can accommodate single and multiple persons at the same time.

Counselling For You

I have experience working with anxiety, addiction, relationship issues, trauma, abuse and the general emotional problems that living a busy life can create. I have a special interest in addiction, personal development and working with young people in relation to sexual identity. I offer counselling on a one to one basis and couples/group counselling as needed. Each session lasts approx. 50 minutes.
